Meet Dr. Caitlin McArthur! An assistant professor in the School of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University. In this episode we chat about Dr. McArthur’s recent accomplishments of being awarded the President Research Award for Emerging Researchers and being a recipient of the Brain Canada Knowledge Translation and Exchange accelerator grant. Dr. McArthur is working on accelerating the dissemination of dementia research by developing an online training program for physiotherapists working with individuals with dementia. Look forward to interesting discussions on building confidence in academia, modifying taste with electric chopsticks, and finding the most efficient way to turn a knob.
