This year, Juliet and Theresa attended the 11th annual Societal Impact of Science Conference run by the AESIS network. This conference brings together stakeholders of science to engage on the most effective approaches for implementing policies, methods, and tools to optimize societal impact of science and evaluate success. In this episode, Juliet and Theresa review key concepts including the non-linearity of research impact, society centered science, equity, diversity, and inclusion, open science, and storytelling.
